  • The "Pop" Clause: It’s worth explicitly stating that once you leave the venue, you aren't responsible if a guest (or a sharp ceiling tile) pops a balloon.

  • Sun Damage: If you do a lot of outdoor work, mention that dark-colored balloons expand and pop faster in direct sunlight than light-colored ones!

Terms & Conditions 

 Booking and Payment

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Percentage, e.g., 25%] is required to secure your date.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full [Number] days prior to the event date.

  • Last-Minute Bookings: Orders placed within [Number] hours of the event may be subject to a rush fee.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If the client cancels, the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within [Number] days of the event will require full payment.

  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but they are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of  may apply.

Venue and Setup

  • Access: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows balloon installations and providing access at the agreed-upon time.

  • Outdoor Installations: Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and rain. [Company Name] cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons placed outdoors. We reserve the right to refuse outdoor setups in extreme weather.

Safety and Liability

  • Choking Hazard: Balloons can be a choking hazard for children and pets. Broken or uninflated balloons should be disposed of immediately.

  • Latex Allergies: It is the client's responsibility to notify guests of the presence of latex.

  • Helium Safety: Helium is a non-flammable gas but should never be inhaled.

  • Release of Liability: [Company Name] is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by balloons once they have been delivered or installed.

Equipment and Rentals

  • Frames and Stands: Any hardware (frames, hoops, poles) provided by [Company Name] is on a rental basis only.

  • Returns: All equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed time. Any damaged or missing equipment will be invoiced to the client at full replacement value.

Changes and Substitutions

  • Color Matching: While we strive for perfection, balloon colors may vary slightly due to manufacturing lots and lighting conditions.

  • Substitutions: In the event a specific color or balloon type is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute with the closest available match of equal or greater value.

       Emergency, and Force Majeure

  • Notification Process: In the event of sudden illness, medical emergency, or incapacity, Blissful Balloons will notify the client at the earliest possible opportunity. Notification will be delivered via both email and phone (using the contact details provided at booking) to confirm receipt of the emergency update.

  • Activation of Procedures: Upon notification, the following emergency procedures will be activated:

    • Substitution: We will prioritize finding a qualified substitute decorator to fulfill the design and installation as agreed.

    • Full Refund: If no suitable replacement can be found and if you didn't reschedule option or if the timeline does not allow for a substitution, this contract will be terminated under Force Majeure. The client will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, including the deposit.

    • Reschedule: Blissful Balloons can also offer a reschedule option to move the services to a new date within a certain time frame. 

  • Limited Liability: The refund of all paid fees represents the maximum liability of Blissful Balloons. We are not responsible for any consequential losses or "day-of" stress claims resulting from an emergency cancellation.
